One of the biggest missions of management is to provide the highest value, priority, and pride to the people we employ. We have set the following programs in order to pursue this purpose:

Increasing the Personal and Spiritual Growth of Salon Employees

Piandre sponsors annual retreats to their employees. This annual retreat is about 3-4 days in the mountains of Tagaytay or Baguio. Here employees are able to reflect and pray about their personal development and growth. The annual retreat is capped by a Catholic mass and confession.

Piandre also sponsors an annual recollection to start the year right. The highlight of this recollection is the Blessing of the Hands.

Improve the Lives and General Well-being of Second Generation Salon Employees

The Salon Multipurpose Cooperative (SMPC) was established in 1996. The SMPC is owned and managed by its members (who are employees of the Piandre Group of Salons)The Cooperative owns the Piandre branch in Del Monte, Quezon City. Aside from the salon, its business is in retailing salon exclusive brands like the Kerastase brand of Loreal.

Piandre Salon in Del Monte is owned by the Cooperative.
