Returns & Refund Policy

RETURNS

  • The customer shall be given 7 days to return an item from the date the item was received.
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • The customer must present the receipt or proof of purchase for the item being returned.



REFUND

  • Once the item is received, it shall be inspected for eligibility for return.
  • If for exchange, the new item will be shipped to the customer after any difference in price has been settled by the customer.
  • If for refund, the amount will be will be returned to the customer through check.



SHIPPING

  • The customer shall be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the returning of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • The cost of shipping the exchanged item back to the customer shall be for the account of the customer.
